New York
New York, New York! The famous 60's city street is painstakingly re-created here in sunny Singapore!
You know you are in New York Zone when you see “steam” rising up from subway vents on the left. That is the location where you will most likely spot Marilyn Monroe greeting guest.

This famous scene shot for the movie, The Seven Year Itch is probably her most famous image. Filmed on location on Lexington Ave, New York the New Yorkers who turned up to watch the filming got so out of control that the director couldn't use any of the footage taken because of the noise of the crowd. The scene had to be recreated in Studio but then was cut by the censors for being to steamy. In the actual movie her skirt never rises above her knees.
Lights, Camera, Action!
Watch out for this sign board!
If you are curious how the movie directors create those fascinating scenes in a movie, this is not to be missed. This attraction will show you how a movie studio can simulate a category 5 hurricane in New York City on the spot.
There is 2 parts to this attraction. The first part is an introductory video hosted by Steven Spielberg (see below) where he will share with you a brief history of special effects and many examples of how they can capture the imagination of the audiences.
To me this is one of the most educational attraction in the park. If you want your kids to learn something about movie making, this is the place to go. And, If you like to see the action up close, you will want to queue in the line that is the lowest of the 3 lines. Somewhere in the middle of a common queue, there will be a split of lines into 3 smaller lines. The top, middle and lower line. But one thing to take note, guests at the lower line have a high chance of getting wet! :)

Loui's Pizza Parlor
Loui’s NY Pizza Parlor- MUST TRY!! : Loui’s
Lagsane. The Lagsane was out of this world!!! It was like all covered in cheese
(well almost) and they were SO generous with their tomatoes sauce. The sad
thing was, the portion was too small!!! Sigh…
The thing that Loui’s NY Pizza parlor is famous for… Their PIZZAS!!! (Duh??) Their pizzas were kind of disappointing though… It was kind of hard. So I recommend you guys to try the whole pizza as they would heat the pizza up first before serving( but this is only when you are in a big group bcos trust me the pizza is HUGE!!!) whereas on the other hand for the single slice one that we tried I don’t think it was heated up….(sad)
