Park Overview
The park consist of 7 theme zones with a total of 20 attractions and 13 different food and beverage outlets spread over 20 hectares (49 acres) of land (with a lagoon in the middle). So there is definitely something for everyone there. Even in theory you could walk around the park in 15 mins, there are more than enough distractions to last you one day.
The first thing you need to know is the different theme zones and where they are located. Here is a quick run down starting from the entrance and going anti-clockwise:
1. Hollywood: the first zone you will encounter when you first enter. It immediately transport you to a totally different world! No rides here but plenty of shopping and eating options.
2. New York: A natural continuation from Hollywood with similar iconic architecture lining the walk way.
3. Sci-Fi City: The smaller of the zones but packs the best rides in town! Not to be missed!
4. Ancient Egypt: If you like exotic food, Oasis Spice cafe is the place to be. They serve combo sets flavoured with Mediterranean, Turkish, Lebanese and Indian spices.
5. The Lost World: Expect lots of thrills and spills here. Water is what you will see everywhere!
6. Far Far Away: One of my personal favourite. Makes me feel like a child again.
7. Madagascar: Home to the only out-door stage shows. So pray it doesn’t rain!
First thing when you reach there is to pick up the park brochure PLUS the day's show performance time table. Below is an overview map of the park.

Live show and Character meet and greet
Besides all the rides and attractions in the park, there is another “dimension” of entertainment that makes the whole movie experience complete. That is the park’s live performance and character meet and greet sessions. These live performances do not occur throughout the day. Most is scheduled and is subject to frequent changes pending weather, casts, equipment etc. So you must get a copy of the latest performance schedule right after you enter the gates.
Not to be missed shows includes:
1. Monster Rock: Held inside the Pantages Hollywood Theatre
2. Donkey LIVE: Great for the little kids!
3. Water World: Stuntman’s action live!
